This is the proposed development plan as described in the developer's Oct 1st site plan. The Nov 12th site plan ignoring the objections from City of Ann Arbor Planning staff and the Natural Areas Preservation keeps the houses on East Huron River drive and expands the total number of proposed lots in the development.
